We clean all of our gutters by using our hands and vacuum. We do NOT use a leaf blower which will make a huge mess to your surroundings. When we are done, we rinse down your gutters and check for proper waterflow to the downspout

We conduct the following tasks during an inspection.

• Measure dryer vent air flow

• Send a camera down the dryer duct to find if there are excess lint buildup or blockages to determine if a cleaning is necessary.

• Determine any other necessary repairs other than the standard duct cleaning service.

Our rates are a lot cheaper than the national market rate and our local competitors simply because we only specialize in cleaning dryer vents.

Our cleaning process:

• Before starting our cleaning process, we first conduct an inspection to record the air vent flow speed and ensure there are no structural issues with the duct.

• Then we clean your transition duct from your dryer to the wall connection, and clean your dryer vent from the connection in your laundry room to where the vent exits on the exterior of the house. We also clean the inside of your dryer by taking apart the dryer and the lint collection tray.

• After cleaning, we conduct the same inspection again to verify all of the lint has been removed from the venting system. We will record the air vent flow speed again to make sure it has a better air flow than before.

• Finally, we will thoroughly clean up your laundry room and wipe down the areas with disinfectant. We will make sure your space is cleaner than before we got there!

* Some Restrictions apply - Removing living/dead animals or stuck object from a vent or having to make a repair to vent while there to do a cleaning will incur additional charges depending on the scope of work.

Replacement Of Old/Damaged Duct Work (Price Varies)

• This service includes removal of your old duct, and installation of the new duct.

Vent hood replacement ($15/each)

• Our vent hoods comes with bird covers

Dryer transition vent replacement ($25/each)

• *Recommended We use Semi-Rigid UL 2158A material (standard for dryer transition vents)

• We have cheaper material available for $15
